Processing Capabilities

The Toledo team delivers precision, speed, and reliability through a combination of advanced machinery and experienced operators.

Services include:

  • Cut-to-length: Automated cut-to-length lines provide consistent, repeatable results for bar and tube, supporting both short-run jobs and high-volume programs with tight dimensional accuracy.
  • Saw cutting: High-performance saws handle a wide range of diameters and materials, delivering clean, square cuts suitable for machining, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Precision cutting: For applications that require exceptional accuracy, our precision saws hold tight tolerances and produce precise cuts that reduce downstream machining time and scrap.
  • Chamfering: We remove sharp edges and burrs to create clean, beveled ends on metal bar. Chamfering improves safety, supports tighter tolerances, and enhances performance by reducing stress concentrations and improving fit.

Our facility specializes in tight-tolerance, high-volume cutting, including lights-out and bundle cutting operations to ensure consistent turnaround times for large-scale production. In addition to processing, we offer full warehousing and distribution services to support customers’ supply chain needs
