Coil Processing Capabilities

Our Providence team combines advanced coil-processing equipment with experienced operators to deliver consistent, high-quality copper and brass products. Whether you need narrow slits, flat and uniform strip, or clean, defect-free edges, our facility is equipped to process material to your exact specifications.

Capabilities include:

  • Cut-to-length: Our cut-to-length lines uncoil, flatten, and cut material to length, improving flatness, reducing handling and scrap, and delivering strip ready for downstream fabrication.
  • Slitting: Our slitting lines handle a wide range of gauges and widths, using multiple cutting heads to divide master coils into narrower strips. This service supports custom widths for electrical, industrial, and precision-fabrication applications.
  • Deburring: We remove sharp edges and burrs left from cutting or machining to improve safety, prevent downstream wear, and ensure a smooth, consistent finish.
  • Edging: Our edge-conditioning equipment trims and shapes coil edges to ensure they are straight, clean, and free of defects.

In addition to processing, we also provide warehousing and distribution, as well as quality inspection and testing to ensure consistent material performance throughout your supply chain.
