Coil Processing Capabilities

Our Chicago team combines precision equipment with deep expertise to deliver coil products that meet exact specifications and performance requirements.

Capabilities include:

  • Slitting: Our slitting lines accommodate a wide range of gauges and widths, using multiple cutting heads to divide master coils into narrower, uniform strips. This capability supports custom-width requirements across electrical, industrial, and precision fabrication applications.
  • Traverse winding: This process welds multiple narrow metal strips end-to-end and winds them back and forth onto a single spool. The result is a long, continuous coil that reduces downtime, increases productivity, and simplifies handling by minimizing coil changes and potential damage.

Beyond processing, we also provide inventory management, warehousing, and just-in-time (JIT) delivery programs for our contractual customers – helping reduce lead times and optimize production flow.
