We maintain a wide inventory of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and bronze. Commonly stocked alloys include:

  • Aluminum: 2024, 2124, 5083, 5086, 6013, 6061, 7050, 7075, 7085, Cast 500, MIC-6 Cast, tk Ultra 7
  • Stainless Steel: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 416

Processing Capabilities

Our South Bend team delivers precision, reliability, and fast turnaround for sheet and plate processing using advanced equipment and experienced operators.

Services include:

  • Cutting services: Accurate plate saw cutting and cut-to-length processing across multiple alloys.
  • Waterjet cutting: Precision near-net-shape cutting with no heat-affected zones, ideal for complex profiles and tight tolerances.
  • First-operation blanking: Produces flat blanks with precise dimensions and tight tolerances.
  • Deburring: Removal of burrs and sharp edges to improve safety and improve part quality.
  • Chamfering: Creates clean, beveled edges for improved safety, tighter tolerances, and better performance.
  • Machining and drilling: Secondary machining services to meet customer-specific dimensional and functional requirements.

Additional services include inventory management, warehousing and distribution, just-in-time delivery, quality inspection, and testing.
