Our Indianapolis facility, located in Brownsburg, Indiana, is one of Copper and Brass Sales’ dedicated red metal strip facilities. Strategically positioned to support automotive, electrical, and other precision-driven industries, this location efficiently serves customers across the Midwest with high-quality copper, brass, and aluminum coil products.

We support a wide range of electronic and precision manufacturing applications across industries. With in-house processing equipment for slitting and edge conditioning, our team produces aluminum and red metal strip that meets tight tolerances and demanding performance requirements for stamping, forming, machining, and assembly.

Coil Processing Capabilities

Our Indianapolis team combines precision coil-processing equipment with experienced operators to deliver high-quality copper, brass, bronze, and aluminum strip. Whether you need narrow widths, flat and uniform strip, or defect-free edges, our facility is equipped to process material to your exact specifications.

Capabilities include:

  • Slitting: Precision slitting of red metal and aluminum coil across a wide range of gauges and widths. Our slitting lines support both standard and tight-tolerance requirements, including narrow widths and heavier gauge material.
  • Edge Conditioning: Edge conditioning trims and refines coil edges to ensure they are straight, clean, and free of defects, supporting improved performance in stamping, forming, and assembly operations.

Our facility is equipped with multiple Ruesch and K&S slitters, enabling efficient processing across a broad range of coil widths and gauges.
