  • Forming: CNC bending, break pressing, and forming.
  • CNC Machining: 3-axis and 4-axis machining, turning, drilling, tapping, and countersinking.
  • Custom Bus Bar Fabrication: Forming, punching, and shearing of copper or aluminum bus bars up to 144" long and 0.500" thick.
  • Surface Finishing: Deburring, tumbling, and galvanizing for smooth, ready-to-assemble parts.
  • Plating and Protective Coating: Tin or silver plating, epoxy and powder coating, and silk screening services.
  • Welding: High-quality welds that ensure electrical performance.
  • Part Identification: Custom part marking for traceability and simplified assembly.
